Julie Hubbard has joined Fidelity Investments as senior vice president and managing director.
Hubbard joined the firm in Boston, Massachusetts this month from Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH).
At BBH, Hubbard was senior vice president, relationship management for over four years. Prior to that, she was senior vice president of the company’s securities lending division for five years. Hubbard was with the firm for over 14 years, starting in 2007.
Before moving to BBH, Hubbard had a 13-year stint at Bostonian bank Investors Bank & Trust, as director, client management, prior to its acquisition by State Street.
In April, Fidelity Investments launched its first agency lending product for asset managers and other institutions. The new digital toolkit offers artificial intelligence-powered loan decision functionality and “unique benchmarking and transparency” functions.
