Ross McDougall has left his role as head of EMEA stock loan trading at Bank of America.
McDougall was appointed as head of EMEA stock loan trading in 2011, and was a director for the firm between 2011 and 2013.
Earlier in his career, he was executive director of financing arbitrage at Morgan Stanley.
