Clare Gehrhardt has departed from her role as head of business development for Bloomberg’s Regulatory Reporting Services after three years with the firm.
Based in New York, Gehrhardt led a team of global regulatory experts responsible for embedding regulatory intelligence into the Bloomberg Regulatory Reporting Services suite.
She joined the financial data distributor in 2020 as North American regulatory specialist, where she focused on Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Canadian regulations to implement across the Rhub and Assurance product suite.
Previously, Gehrhardt spent eight years working for The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC), where she was a product manager implementing global reporting solutions.
In this role she worked on many data harmonisation efforts internally and externally, including leading the responses to the CPMI-IOSCO data harmonisation efforts on behalf of DTCC.
Commenting on her departure, Gehrhardt said in an online statement: “My time at Bloomberg has come to an end. I am looking forward to the opportunities ahead!”
