Consultancy firm Margin Reform has appointed Anu Baishya as senior financial operations consultant.
Based in London, Baishya will work across the derivatives and securities finance practice to support clients. She will report to Chetan Joshi, chief operating officer of Margin Reform.
Bringing more than 17 years of financial markets experience to the role, Baishya’s appointment will support the firm’s growth strategy across the derivatives and securities finance industry.
Baishya joins the consultancy firm from a tenure of more than three years at State Street, where she headed the regulatory reporting teams within derivatives, as well as the North America billing operations at State Street’s Bangalore office.
Prior to this, she was a second vice president for collateral management, banking, loans and securities operations at Northern Trust’s Bangalore office between 2009 and 2019.
Earlier in her career, Baishya worked for Deutsche Bank in securities operations across multiple markets.
