Global banking provider FundBank has appointed Jim Zurlo as managing director of North America relationships.
Based in New York, Zurlo will provide banking, custody and trade execution services to alternative asset managers and their managed funds.
Zurlo brings almost 40 years of experience in prime brokerage to the role.
Prior to joining FundBank, he held a 12-year tenure as director of sales at TD Cowen Prime Services.
Earlier in his career, Zurlo also held roles at Lehman Brothers, Morgan Stanley and Gar Wood Securities.
The appointment follows the company’s rebranding in June 2023 from DMS Bank & Trust.
