Hong Kong exchange amends short selling list

The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong has edited its list of securities available for short selling, with the addition of 42 new securities and the removal of 47, effective 11 August.
The revised list will mean the total number of designated securities will stand at 934.
Minmetals Land, Runway Global and UK-based EVA Holdings, among others, will all been added as designated securities.
While, health insurance provider CS Health, China Fordoo Holdings, and China Smartpay, among others, will been removed.
The exchange is next expected to update its short selling list on 11 November.
