ERCC releases RTS concerning CSDR settlement disciplines

The European Commission released its highly anticipated regulatory technical standards (RTS) concerning CSDR Settlement Disciplines on Friday 25 May.
ISLA said it will be reviewing the full details of the RTS in due course before reverting further to members.
The CSDR Settlement Discipline package is due to come into force 24 months after the technical standards are published in the Official Journal.
