EquiLend’s DeGiglio becomes president of Wall Street Technology Association

Ken DeGiglio, chief information officer of EquiLend, has been appointed as president of the Wall Street Technology Association for 2023.
He takes over the presidency of the not-for-profit organisation alongside his role at EquiLend, having served on WSTA’s board of directors since 2017.
Commenting on his appointment, DeGiglio says: “The WSTA serves an important role in education, networking and driving technology innovation on Wall Street and throughout the financial services industry. I am excited to serve as the organisation’s president at a critical juncture for our industry, where we see digital transformation accelerating the pace of technological advancement.”
DeGiglio has a career in securities finance and financial technology spanning three decades, including positions at TD Ameritrade, Morgan Stanley, Robertson Stephens and J.P. Morgan prior to working at EquiLend. He was also a founder of Renaissance Trading Technologies.
