Jean-Mairet joins Euroclear as CFO

Euroclear has appointed Nils Jean-Mairet as chief financial officer, effective 1 December. This marks the completion of the group's new executive committee.
Jean-Mairet joins the company from McKinsey & Company, where he served as senior partner and most recently led the European financial services principle investors practice. He holds a wealth of knowledge in international corporate finance and strategy, as well as acting as a trained lawyer.
Jean-Mairet will further become a member of the group's board of directors, following his appointment as CFO.
