TreasurySpring selects Valtz as CCO
17 March 2025 UK

TreasurySpring has appointed Sashi Dias Valtz as chief commercial officer.
In this newly created role, Valtz will drive commercial strategy, sales, client success, and marketing, working closely with the senior leadership team and reporting directly to the CEO and co-founder, Kevin Cook.
Valtz brings more than two decades of experience in financial services to the post, covering global institutional clients at Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch.
She later held senior leadership positions at fintech Symphony and digital assets exchange Coinbase.
Most recently, Sashi founded a fintech and blockchain advisory practice, bringing go-to-market expertise to global businesses.
Additionally, she is an advisor to OPCO Advisory, Street Context, Nova University, and Leading Point, and sits on the boards of digital matching engine Board Owl and literacy charity NABU.
Commenting on the appointment, Cook says: “As we continue to drive the growth of the business and expansion into new geographies, Sashi’s background and extensive relationships will make her an invaluable addition to our team.
“Her experience as a leader at some of the world’s top financial institutions makes her perfectly placed to help shape the future of TreasurySpring as we continue to transform the wholesale cash investment market.”
Valtz’s appointment follows several recent senior hires, including Romain Dumais, former managing director at Credit Suisse, as head of structured solutions, and Tom Ryan, former partner at Anthemis, as global head of partnerships.
