Marc Antoine Autheman new chairman of Euroclear board

Euroclear announced that Marc Antoine Autheman will succeed Nigel Wicks upon his retirement as chairman of both the Euroclear plc and Euroclear SA/NV Boards on 1 January 2013.
Autheman will become deputy chairman of both Euroclear boards immediately, a position that he shares with Jean-Jacques Verdickt.
