Martocci moves up the ranks at Citi

David Martocci has replaced Tim Douglas and will head up securities finance at Citi.
Martocci will be reporting to Neeraj Sahai, global head of securities and fund services.
Martocci joined Citi in 2010 as managing director and global product manager of third-party securities lending and business development within its securities and fund services unit.
