Pauline Bieringa has been proposed for appointment to the supervisory board of KAS BANK. Bieringa is currently the managing director of public finance with Dutch bank BNG.

The general meeting of shareholders of KAS BANK on 24 April 2013 will be asked to approve Bieringa’s proposed appointment.

Bieringa worked for 14 years at ING Bank in various management functions, lastly as managing director of corporate banking at ING BHF Bank in Germany.

She joined BNG Bank as managing director in 2004 and is responsible for the bank's lending portfolio.

The proposed appointment of Bieringa will fill the vacancy created by the departure of AH Lundqvist, who served on KAS BANK’s supervisory board for 12 years. Bieringa has Dutch nationality and holds no KAS BANK shares.
