Citi’s head of triparty collateral management Russell Pudney is joining J.P. Morgan.
J.P. Morgan declined to comment, but a source confirmed that Pudney, who recently oversaw the launch of a triparty collateral management solution that allows mutual clients to consolidate their equity and fixed income holdings into a single collateral pool, will join the bank.
Citi’s solution was launched in conjunction with triparty agents Euroclear Bank and Clearstream.
In January, Sanjiv Sawhney of Citi said that it “demonstrates [the bank’s] commitment to developing open architecture solutions which allow our clients to more efficiently access liquidity pools”.
