Salomon Sredni is set to retire as president and CEO of TradeStation Group, the parent company of TradeStation Securities, effective 31 March.

Sredni will also vacate his seat on the TradeStation Group board of directors and retire as COO of Monex Group, the parent company of TradeStation Group.

John Bartleman, president of TradeStation Securities, will succeed Sredni as president of TradeStation Group, and join its board of directors, effective 1 April.

Bartleman has been with TradeStation since 1999 and has served in several positions, including vice president of product management, president of TradeStation Securities, and chief growth officer and vice president of brokerage operations of TradeStation Group.

“After nearly 20 years at TradeStation, I feel it’s time for me to let the next generation of passionate leaders take the company to new peaks,” said Sredni.

“I am extremely grateful and proud to have played a role in helping TradeStation grow to become one of America’s largest and most successful online brokerage firms.”

‘I would like to extend my sincere thanks to our loyal and faithful customers, and especially to all of the hard-working and dedicated TradeStation employees who have made our shared success possible and my personal journey so memorable.”
