CloudMargin has made yet another senior appointment by recruiting Lee McCormack as head of product strategy.
McCormack, who will be based in London, brings more than 15 years of experience in trading, clearing and settlement from previous roles at Nomura, Morgan Stanley and UBS.
The appointment marks the third senior signing by the firm in July, after David Little joined as non-executive director, along with Lisbeth Hadingham who took on the role of head of sales for North America. She is based in the firm’s recently opened New York office.
McCormack said: “CloudMargin are a company I’ve been actively following for a while, so I’m really excited to join the team at a time of rapid client and product expansion.”
“I joined because I was looking for a solution that addressed the main friction points that I know are hurting the firms I have worked with in the past. Providing an easy-to-implement cloud-based collateral management solution is exactly what is needed as new regulations drive more users towards daily margin calls.”
