Broadridge has recruited Martin Walker as head of product management for securities finance and collateral management.

Walker moved to Broadridge in August from business consultancy firm Maverick Works.

Previously, Walker served as a strategy and analytics consultant at HSBC and as global head of prime brokerage technology for RBS.

Walker, who is based in Broadridge’s London office, marks the latest in a series of senior appointments by Broadridge in recent months.

The financial services provider brought on Paul Wilson from Sharegain as senior account manager earlier this month and promoted Bob Santangelo to become president of international sales for Europe, the Middle East and Africa and Asia Pacific.
