The Pan Asia Securities Lending (PASLA), has appointed Paul Solway as interim chair after Stuart Jones announced he would be stepping down.
Jones took the helm of PASLA in May but is vacating the position due to moving on from his role at Morgan Stanley.
Solway will stand in as chair alongside his current role as communication officer until the association's annual general meeting in March.
He also brings experience as managing director at BNY Mellon Hong Kong for more than five years.
The association is also supported by Paul Skurr, of Deutsche Bank, as secretary, and Jacob Boeding, of USB, as treasurer.
PASLA’s annual conference, in partnership with the Risk Management Association, will take place in Hong Kong on 6 to 8 March.
