Elections and re-election at the OCC

Craig Donohue has been re-elected as executive chairman of the board at OCC during its annual stockholder meeting on 11 April.
Donohue also serves at the firm’s CEO.
The board also unanimously elected Class II member directors including, Thomas Frank, executive vice president/CIO, Interactive Brokers; Stephen Luparello, general counsel, Citadel Securities; and Christine Show, managing director/global head of listed derivative operations, SG Americas Securities.
In addition, Thomas Cardello, CEO Venice Financial Management and Alice Patricia White, retired economist were elected as Class III public directors.
Donohue said the election of these five knowledgeable experts from the financial services sector allows OCC to continue its transformation to a systemically important market influencer that ensures confidence in the financial markets and the broader economy.
