Deutsche Bank appoints Graham Ray and Jeslyn Tan

Deutsche Bank has appointed Graham Ray as head of securities services for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Ray will continue to manage the securities services global product management team, a role he has held since 2008.
Based in London, he will report to Fiona Gallagher, managing director and global head of securities services.
Prior to Deutsche Bank, Ray worked in various securities divisions at Northern Trust, Cantor Fitzgerald and Bank of America.
Deutsche Bank has also appointed Jeslyn Tan as deputy head of global product management. Tan is based in Singapore and will continue to report to Ray.
Tan has worked in various roles at Deutsche Bank since 1999.
In an internal memo, Gallagher said: “Graham Ray’s vast experience, industry recognition and strong leadership will continue to be invaluable to our business, as he takes on his additional role and helps us further strengthen our position as a leader in securities services.”
She added: “Please join me in wishing Graham Ray and Jeslyn Tan every success in their expanded roles.”
