Exclusive: Raoul Bhoedjang joins HQLAx

HQLAx has appointed Raoul Bhoedjang as chief technology officer.
Bhoedjang will start the role on 1 March and report to Guido Stroemer, founding partner at HQLAx.
A spokesperson at HQLAx explained: “This is a monumentally important and positive step for HQLAx, one which bodes extremely well for the future of our combined HQLAx/Deutsche Boerse operating model.”
In addition, HQLAx hired Nick Short who has been appointed as COO.
Short oversees the build-out of the operating model from a technical and legal perspective as well as ensuring that the operating model meets the requirements of the HQLAx customers.
