Philip Freeborn joins Delta Capita from Barclays

Philip Freeborn has joined Delta Capita.

Freeborn has more than 25 years of financial services experience and specialises in IT and operations.

Prior to joining Delta Capita, he held several CIO and COO roles, more recently as head of technology and operations for Barclays Investment Bank, and before this, he was COO of Barclays Wealth business.

Before joining Barclays, Freeborn was CIO for UBS’s global investment banking business.

Delta Capita noted that Freeborn also has considerable consulting experience.
