Transcend hires Rajen Patel to lead European sales

Transcend, a provider of collateral optimisation, securities finance and liquidity management solutions, has appointed Rajen Patel to aid its expansion into Europe.
Based in London, Patel will lead European sales, strategy and expansion efforts as part of the company’s push to grow its client base and global footprint. He will help drive new customer relationships and strengthen existing ones around the world.
With more than 20 years of capital market experience, Patel was previously managing director at Morgan Stanley during a 13-year term with the US investment bank. He has served in various securities finance trading and management roles across New York, London and Tokyo.
Most recently, Patel was the COO and CRO of KAM Portfolio Management in London for two years.
