The Pan-Asia Securities Lending Association (PASLA) has announced the appointment of three committee members to its organisation.

Sean Greaves, managing director at State Street, Karim Chabane, collateral management and agency securities lending regional product head for APAC at Citi, and Poya Bozorgi, head of securities lending trading for APAC at Morgan Stanley, were all selected as members at the PASLA annual general meeting.

Speaking on the announcement online, a spokesperson for PASLA says: “The association is thrilled to be able to attract individuals who will be instrumental in promoting an open, transparent and efficient securities lending industry in the region. The addition of Sean, Karim and Poya adds to an existing strong team of the executive committee.”

At present, the association has over 60 member firms made up of borrowers, lenders, beneficial owners, hedge funds, exchanges and technology providers.
