Wematch.live has appointed James Green as a securities finance sales trader.
Based in London, Green brings a wealth of knowledge in securities lending and equity financing to the role.
He joins the Wematch.live platform from investment app Freetrade, where he helped to build out the firm’s securities lending business.
Previously, Green held a four-year tenure at Credit Suisse’s Dublin office, where he worked as a securities lending trader within the firm’s prime services division covering the EMEA market.
He began his career at Credit Suisse as a global markets summer analyst in 2016.
Commenting on the appointment, David Raccat, co-founder and global head of securities finance at Wematch.live, says: “James' extensive experience in securities lending and his strong background in equity financing make him an invaluable addition to the Wematch.live team.
“I have no doubt that his expertise will further enhance our capabilities and provide exceptional value to our clients.”
