The Global Principles for Sustainable Securities Lending (Global PSSL) has selected Sarah Wilson as a strategic advisor on asset stewardship.
In the role, Wilson will also help to review Global PSSL’s United Nations Pathways Programme — a strategic research bridge project launched in June 2022.
Wilson is the CEO and founder of Minerva Analytics, an independent ESG and stewardship service.
Since 1995, Wilson and her team have worked to support asset owners and managers with sustainable stewardship solutions, ranging from creating the ‘UK’s first’ electronic voting service to ESG and portfolio analytics.
During her career, Wilson has contributed to several policy initiatives aimed at creating a further robust stewardship system such as open standard voting messages for SWIFT, EU Shareholder Rights Directive 1 and 2, the Kay Review, and the Law Commission Review of intermediated securities.
