Overy leaves TD Cowen
John Overy has departed from TD Cowen, a division of corporate and investment bank TD Securities, to pursue other opportunities.
Based in London, he held a five-year tenure as managing director of global securities finance.
Prior to TD Cowen, Overy held multiple roles across financial services firm Macquarie Group after joining in 2011.
Most recently, he was senior manager across structuring and trading for European equity finance.
