Dhiman joins Tonic as global head

Tonic has hired Sanjeev Dhiman as global head of client management.

In his new role, Dhiman will help clients meet their business goals, including commercial growth, regulatory compliance and improved resilience.

Dhiman will focus on Tonic’s specialist service suite across the company’s capital markets domains, including collateral, post-trade, risk, treasury, digital and legal.

He will also be in charge of relationship management and business development practices within Tonic, collaborating closely with clients, partners and the Tonic management team.

Previously, Dhiman held a variety of senior roles including chief business officer at Fimatix, digital transformation lead at Publicis Sapient and head of professional services at GFT.

Commenting on the appointment, Dhiman says: “What drew me to Tonic is our unique model, underpinned by a team of genuine practitioners. I am also excited about the wide client mix and growing suite of high-growth domains that we support.”

Chris Watts, Tonic CEO and co-founder, adds: “Dhiman will be a valuable asset to our clients, with his ability to shape consultancy solutions to meet their evolving needs, as well as becoming a key part of the Tonic senior management team.”
