Marex enlists Brightwell as Vice President of Securities Finance Operations

Marex has appointed Steve Brightwell as vice president of securities finance operations.
Based in London, Brightwell brings more than two decades of experience in financial services to his new role.
Marex is a global, diversified financial services platform, providing liquidity, market access and infrastructure services to clients in energy, commodities and financial markets.
Brightwell joins from Macquarie Bank, where he worked for more than 14 years, most recently as director of operations and EMEA head of equity operations.
Previously, he served as asset servicing manager at CQS.
Earlier in his career, he was a project manager for prime services at UBS Investment Bank.
