Tradeweb Markets has named Enrico Bruni and Troy Dixon co-heads of global markets, effective January 2025.
In these newly created roles, Bruni and Dixon will report to Tradeweb CEO Billy Hult.
They will share responsibility for overseeing the execution of the firm’s global markets strategy, which includes pursuing both organic and inorganic growth opportunities across products, geographies, and four client channels.
Bruni has been with Tradeweb for more than two decades, serving as managing director, head of Europe and Asia business, since 2013.
He previously worked at J.P. Morgan where he held several business and product management roles across the markets division, with a particular focus on e-trading strategy.
Dixon will step down from his post as a member of the Tradeweb board on 31 December to join the firm’s executive committee alongside Bruni and other senior leaders.
Dixon is also the founder and chief investment officer of Hollis Park Partners, a hedge fund and alternative asset manager specialising in structured products.
Prior to that, he held senior positions at Deutsche Bank, UBS, and Credit Suisse.
Commenting on the appointments, Hult says: “Enrico and Troy’s highly complementary experience, respective track records, and deep expertise ideally position them to enhance Tradeweb’s broad offerings globally. I look forward to our ongoing work together to maximise Tradeweb’s potential now and into the future.”
