Roglieri joins BNP Paribas

BNP Paribas Corporate and Investment Banking recently announced the appointment of John Roglieri as Director in Equity Prime Brokerage. Roglieri is based in New York and reports to J.P. Muir, Head of Prime Brokerage Sales - New York. In his new role, Roglieri will be focused on providing financing solutions to Hedge Funds and other Financial Institutions and for originating new relationships for the expanding platform.
"Roglieri's wealth of experience and his strong client relationships will be a valuable addition to the team and play a vital role in the continued growth of our Prime Brokerage platform," commented Muir. "Expanding our U.S.- based Prime Brokerage is a critical part of our global platform, thus we plan to continue to increase in size and stability to achieve this goal."
Roglieri joins BNP Paribas with over 16 years of industry experience, most recently serving as Head of US Hedge Fund Secondary Market Trading at HedgeBay where he covered a wide range of Institutional and Hedge Fund clients. His background includes building and managing a fund of hedge funds and transaction work in capital markets across a range of structured credit products.
