Broadridge International has appointed Roz Smith as chief operating officer (COO), effective 1 May 2024. Based in London, Smith will work closely with Mike Sleightholme, president of Broadridge International, to further scale and grow Broadridge internationally and deliver customer service in the EMEA and APAC regions. In her new role, Smith will oversee implementation processes and programme management. She will also be responsible for ensuring a thriving country and regional level organisational structure. Prior to joining Broadridge, Smith most recently served as head of strategy and change management in the Non Financial Risk team of HSBC’s Markets and Securities Services business. Commenting on her new position, Smith says: "I am looking forward to working with the talented team at Broadridge and using my experience and leadership to bring a meaningful impact to the company, its clients and the wider industry."
