Cantor Fitzgerald’s managing director and head of stock loan Rory Zirpolo has left the firm.

Zirpolo, who joined Cantor in 2015 and is based in New York, was responsible for five traders managing $500 million supply (cash) for US trading, including securities lending, pricing trades and monitoring position limits.

Prior to Cantor, Zirpolo was managing director and head of Cowen Equity Finance Group, a clearing equity finance broker-dealer, between 2012 and 2015.

He also served at Credit Suisse for 11 years.
