McCooey appointed head of equity finance and FCM at Wells Fargo

Eamon McCooey has been appointed head of equity finance and futures commission merchants at Wells Fargo.

Based in New York, McCooey will report to Mike Riley and Dan Thomas, head of markets for Wells Fargo Corporate and Investment Banking.

Prior to his new position, he spent nine years as head of prime services for the financial services company.

Previously, between 2000 and 2013, McCooey worked for Deutsche Bank as managing director and head of US prime brokerage.
