The derivatives arm of Deutsche Börse Group plans to launch TRF contracts on three MSCI indexes: MSCI World Index, MSCI EAFE Index and MSCI Emerging Markets Index
The new offering is designed to provide standardised drafting options for market participants to use when negotiating SLD transactions with counterparties
The new derivatives contracts will use the STOXX Europe 600 SRI Index as well as MSCI’s SRI index suite, covering Europe, USA, World and Emerging Markets
The review, which will analyse the structure and governance of the DCs, will see Linklaters recommend changes to maintain the integrity of the committees in changing economic and market conditions
The Chicago-headquartered derivatives marketplace says the combination will bring market participants across regulatory jurisdictions into a unified global trading environment
